Programme
School Program for Fencing
School programme will be scheduled from November 2020 to June 2021 and lessons to be conducted at the school playground, activity room, or school hall. There will be a total of 2 phrases, 15 weeks per phrase. Each school can nominate up to 15 students to participate in the programme and will be entitled to 1 set of scoring equipment and 15 sets of training equipment.

The Hong Kong Fencing Association will provide technical support for free, including professional coach, training equipment, fencing equipment, and scoring equipment. Students will receive a logbook to record their learning progress throughout the year. Students may participate in the district competition and exchange tour after the completion of the school program.
Registration procedure and timeline
Details and application form of the "BOC Youth Development Program" School Program for Fencing will be delivered to local government and aided primary schools by post in mid-September. Application forms need to be submitted via email or fax to the event management agency appointed by HKFA before October 9, 2020 (Friday). If the enrollment number exceeds the participation quota, selections will be made according to the following criteria.
If the number of enrollment exceeds the quota, the selection will be made according to the following criteria and results will be notified via email. Selection criteria are as follows:
• Previous achievements in inter schools fencing competitions
• Current school development in fencing
• School's ambition for fencing development
• Venue and resources that school can provide for training
